Options 1. (most preferred)
1. You create a directory at your server in our name (like sam) and give us user name and password for THIS directory only.
2. In this directory, you can put the data and we can download it directly.
3. When, we are done, we can directly put it at your directory. This makes the work fast and you can see it yourself or you can show it to your client directly.
4. FTP is always faster, better and immediate.

Option 2.
You can send us e-mail and we can send you e-mail. Less preferred because -
1. Yahoo and Hotmail make a restriction on total disk space, thus, you cant send/receive more files.
2. They also make restrictions on number of files, you can send at each time, thus again problem.
3. It takes too much time to prepare multiple e-mail files.
4. It also takes much more time to attach every image file one by one in every e-mail. (too much time consuming for you)
